|BLOGThese installations were created for the 'Save the Robots' Festival held by The Ark, a cultural centre for children in Temple Bar, Dublin. Running from June 21st- September 31st 2005.
The installations consist of a number of chrome 'Robosapien' off the shelf toy androids, in glam setting with lights and disco balls.
The idea is to create an installation similar to a mime street artist, where the audience can bring the robots to life under somputer control.
The same software runs in two locations, one indoors and one visible 24/7 in a public window space.
